Rabbit-Force Subs - for the sake of six billion humans' peace and happiness, we, The Rabbit-Force, bring you HQ anime!

the (next) first carrot

So... the first release is up!
Rurouni Kenshin - 01: The Handsome Swordsman of Legend
A long post to come... first I'll upload the torrent ;)
Eh, there's seams to be an issue with the font for the romanji in the OP. If your OP looks like this, download and install this font (install the font by copying it to sth like c:WindowsFonts). To see the Japanese characters (instead of the boxes), go to the Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Languages, enable 'Install files for East Asian languages'. Sorry for the trouble >_<;; Thanks to solidus for the up ^_^
The OP should look like this.
Edit:
Here's some info on this release:
Source: R2 DVD-Rips
Subs: English R1, improved and corrected by me :P I also added some notes
Video: 1180 kbps x264
Audio: Japanese (only! I hate eng dub >_>) 192 kbps Vorbis

Everything is soft-subbed, so I suggest going to the Playback guide and at least installing VSFilter.
Currently I'm seeding from my uni, so two things - the upload speed is high but not everyone can connect :/ Later. I'll start seeding from my home PC, for those behind firewalls, etc.
So, enjoy, post comments, drop by the channel and post feedback
Edit:
Ah.. finally got the torrent going - seeding at over 1000 kB/s ^_^
And I got bored and used my crazy upload speed to upload this release to Rapidshare for those unfortunate non-BT users wink

Don't think i'll get this as I already have the series...but it makes me happy to see people doing HQ releases in H264 and AAC. I'm sick of all those morons who keep asking for xvid cause it's more compatible and shit. I don't want compatible...I want jaw dropping video quality and heart pumping AAC sound. Keep up the good work and thank you.

Heh, glad I'm not the only one thinking like that, DmonHiro smile But you might consider dling this, because it's better than Anime-HQ's and Baka-Anime's release, faaaar better than Anime-Supreme's. And it has got all the pretty things - nice fonts, karaoke, OP/ED (which the AHQ version lacked), etc... But then again, don't listen to me - it's my release wink

great, now this is how it's supposed to be done.
R2J source for video, encoded with H.264, audio in vorbis or he-aac, no space wasted on dual-audio, karaoke and everything softsubbed, etc. your work is appreciated, igro. smile
I'm too much of a technophile, I tend to care more about video and audio being done properly, than the sub quality laughing

Heh, me too... Glad people are not complaining about the lack of eng dub :) More eps coming soon laughing

Drops to his knees, and kisses Igro's feet.

I'll put up a little seeding on the torrents to help.
