The first carrot...

So this site is finally on track...

Rabbit-Force ni Youkoso! We (atm, I wink

) are a group dedicated to releasing HQ anime. That means *only* H264 and vorbis/AAC for audio. Don't ask about xvid releases, cause there won't be angry

Next thing about our releases - they are always based on R2 DVDs. What does that mean? In 99% cases - better source (sharper video, multi-channel audio, etc). The Japanese just put more effort in releasing DVDs tongue

Ah, the translations are based on R1 DVDs (with my corrections smile

), so don't worry.

That's about everything to know in general. Expect more details and the first release soon!

Hi there...just downloaded ur first ep of Rurouni Kenshin...

I'll just say this...

im gonna replace my entire collection of rurouni kenshin encoded by Anime-Supreme with ur encodes...

just downloaded it through rapidshare.com and the quality is awesome..

video quality is the best i've seen so far..

also i'd like to tell u this...the ED karoake was really good(but the colour filling which was white was too bright for my eyes) and fitting to the anime..but the OP karoake wasnt really pleasing...u could really improve on this...

also those notes were real useful...but pretty hard to read...i'd recommend using a font a bit bigger and brighter...also u could improve on their timing..

also lastly the main dialogue fonts...i think it would be better if u could get rid of those old white with black border fonts...u could use some new fonts and a bit of colour too...

and at last u could really improve ur timing....

well its left to u to take these small advices ....

but i really must say VIDEO QUALITY ROCKS!!!!

I made the notes transparent so that they won't get in the way... But maybe you are right.
The timing is off? Should be alright :S
About the karaoke thing - there prettier it gets - the more CPU power you need. A some point even my Core 2 Duo could take it (but that was a very sophisticated karaoke effect)

yeah i installed the fonts and now it looks good...

well im not much for karoake and thing..

yeah and in ur comming releases u could attach the font in the files attach section during muxing the files in to .MKV format...this'll save people actually searching for the font and not realizing that the original font used is not the one which shows up on screen during playback...

cos i though that the font which u used for the karoake was the original font (well there are blokes like me who do believe that and dont bother to find out)

well u really are great for a newcomer

and once more its an awesome encode...keep up the work m8...hope to see u do the whole series including the movie and ova's...

Well, of course, I attached the fonts to the Matroska file (MKV, about 10 fonts at that) but I didn't know that the format doesn't handle well OpenType fonts (that was the type of font I used for the OP). But now I have converted it to TrueType so it should be OK desu~
